Barth Schleiftechnik GmbH is a family-owned, medium-sized company based in Augsburg. With a team of 18 highly qualified employees, we have been producing high-quality cutting tools for over 60 years. Founded in 1964, the company is now managed in its second generation by cutting tool mechanic master Michael Barth.

On a production area of more than 1200 m², we manufacture using a modern and fully integrated machinery park. Our fully automated CNC tool grinding machines are equipped with measurement and loading systems, allowing us to operate "ghost shifts" without manual supervision – saving costs for you. At peak times, we process up to 15,000 parts, solid carbide (VHM) milling cutters, and drills per month. This is made possible by a specially developed order processing software, ensuring smooth operations.

Our standard range includes over 50 different types of solid carbide (VHM) milling cutters, which are always available for immediate delivery. Additionally, we produce custom-made special tools such as solid carbide form cutters and step drills, modify standard tools, and offer tool repair and regrinding services. Our fast and flexible service convinces customers across Europe in various industries, including machinery and plant engineering, aerospace, medical technology, as well as the wood and plastic processing trades.
