Ordering
The order process with us is simple and secure. You can abort or make changes at any time until the last order step. All data of the payment process will be encrypted and transferred to our professional payment partner PayPal, SIX Payment Services / Worldline or Amazon Payments Europe, so you are safe from unauthorized access.
To order an item, it only has to be added to the shopping cart. The shopping cart appears on the top left. As soon as you add an item to the shopping cart, the order process starts. Each step is self-explanatory and therefore feasible without any problems. For details, please refer to the customer information.

Delivery time:
The delivery period for deliveries within Germany is indicated on the respective offer page. The beginning of the delivery period is determined (depending on the
selected payment method).
For payment in advance / bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or Amazon Payment, the delivery period begins one day after the payment order. At all
other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order.
For deliveries outside of Germany, the following deadlines must be added to the delivery deadlines stated on the supply side:
EU states: up to 4 working days
Austria: up to 3 working days
Switzerland: up to 4 working days
USA: up to 8 working days
If the start of the period or the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the beginning or end of the period shall be postponed to the following
Working day.
Payment Options
The first step of the ordering process is to select your preferred payment method.
Payment by PayPal
If you select the PayPal option, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal where you can log into your PayPal account and make your payment.
Payment by Amazon Payment
If you choose Amazon Payment, you can use the shipping addresses or billing address (Amazon Payments) stored there. You can log into your Amazon account and make your payment.
Payment in advance
When you have confirmed your order, a summary of your order will appear on screen with our bank details so you can make your payment transfer. You will also be sent a copy of our bank details and your order by e-mail. You will receive the top copy of your invoice when the goods are delivered.
Payment by credit card
Select this option if you want to pay with your credit card. You will be forwarded to the SaferPay site.
Shipping costs overview
Shipping costs for deliveries to Germany with payment in advance, PayPal, credit card, Amazon Payment
The shipping costs in Germany are a flat rate of € 8,60 (= € 7,23 plus VAT). From a net goods value of € 150, we deliver free of charge.
Shipping costs for deliveries to Austria when paying in advance, PayPal, credit card, Amazon Payment
The shipping costs for Austria are € 19,60 (= € 16,47 plus VAT)
Shipping costs for deliveries to EU countries
In principle, delivery is also made to EU countries. The delivery costs are a flat rate of € 29,75 (= € 25 plus VAT) to all EU countries (except Austria).
Shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland we charge € 41,65 (= € 35 plus VAT) for transport without customs papers up to max. € 1000 gross invoice value.
Shipping costs for deliveries to the United States of America (USA)
For deliveries to the USA we charge € 102 (= € 85,71 plus VAT) for transport without customs papers up to max. € 1000 gross invoice value.
